The Afghanistan Cricket Board has announced its 19-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Bangladesh, with Noor Ahmad making his return to the ODI setup. In an exciting move, uncapped top-order batter Sediqullah Atal has been included in the squad. Unfortunately, Afghanistan will miss key players Ibrahim Zadran, who is recovering from ankle surgery, and Mujeeb ur Rahman, still recovering from a right phalanx sprain.

According to ACB Chief Selector Ahmad Shah Sulimankhil, "Ibrahim Zadran is undergoing rehabilitation following his surgery, and Mujeeb is continuing treatment for his injury. However, we are pleased to welcome back Noor Ahmad and have included Sediqullah Atal, who has been impressive with consistent top performances."

The three ODIs against Bangladesh will be played on November 6, 9, and 11 in Dubai. Afghanistan will be led by Hashmatullah Shahidi, with Rahmat Shah serving as vice-captain.
